Job Responsibilities
- Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources.
- Manage development squad by assign a task reasonably their capacity, review one-on-one their performance, planning a people development that can shape our squad reach to their potential.
- Communicate with employees, stakeholders and clients to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
- Acting as a technology evangelist to team members.
- Handle multiple projects according to timeline plan and expectation.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years as a management level or similar role is required
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated background with cutting-edge technology on web development or data tech such as Node.js, Python, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Visualization, etc.
- Remarkable leadership skill, we expect you can manage our squad and development projects appropriately.
- Greatest middleman between squad and client so, excellent communication skill is a must.
