Change Management Consultant - Marketing (AC028)

• Support Business Change Lead – Marketing to prepare contents on relevant project activities

 i.   Assist to prepare contents for business impact assessment workshops with clients to assess Marketing function, determine gaps & cross-functional dependencies and plan for enablement initiatives

 ii.   Document post workshop contents and analysis

• Assist in developing project charters for prioritized business initiatives

• Identify training and change support requirements based on the prioritized initiatives

• 2-4 years of Marketing experience for process design for Marketing/ Marketing implementation with Oracle/ grocery retailer experience
• Good understanding of marketing operating model and processes
• Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
• Collaborate with Business Change team on cross functional alignments
• Analytical thinking and good problem solving skills
• Independent and detailed-oriented on developing contents for the workshops and deliverables
• Support and work closely with Business Change Marketing lead on project activities
• FMCG/Grocery Retail Background is a MUST
