Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure all parties are on track with the requirements, schedules, and deadlines
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with quality standards
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Managing Risks and Issues
- Monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Experience requirements
- Experience in project management including business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Experience in Business Analyst skill is an advantage
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
