Job Responsibilities
- To manage lab technical service team and improvement
- To provide technical support to customers by organizing lab works and technical service aligned to BU direction
- To achieve customers satisfaction by on time replies to customer enquiries and presenting good technology
- To identify customers unmet needs and transfer into new R&D project and help to qualify new products at customer side.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 6 years related experience in rubber/chemical/polymer industry
- Experience working in chemical multinational company is an added advantage
- Proactive with practical experience
- Business oriented market and commercial knowledge/skills desirable
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good communication, project management & lab testing skills
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical science or related field
