Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall HR function, especially in HRD and HROD i.e. Career Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management and Employee Engagement, etc.
- Manage team and be partner and collaborate with line manager in all related issues.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR Development and Organization Development.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic person with positive attitude and strong motivation.
- Good command of English.
- Leadership, analytical and initiative skill.
