Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Role:
- Receive all customer orders for the APAC / Middle East region
- Data entry of the orders in the ERP system (PMI)
- Coordinate with the Sales department for special products regarding price and lead time
- Report the Customer Service rate to management on a monthly basis
Logistics & Customs Role:
- Ensure the compliance of the logistics operations of FPC Thailand
- Manage the forwarding agents for all inbound/outbound shipment
Purchasing Role:
- Supervise the purchasing operations with local suppliers
- Price and service negotiation
Management Role:
- Manage a team of 2 officers
- Report to the General Manager
Experience requirements
- More than 5 years in field of Logistics and Supply Chain with management experience
- Experience from Construction or Heavy Industry
- Excellent in communication skill both of English & Thai
- Strong in problem-solving, organized and customer oriented
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related
