Job Responsibilities
Job description:
- Review and enforce compliance with standards or regulations imposed by professional organizations or even a company's internal gridlines
- Conducting operational audit as assigned
- Understanding levels of potential risks and how to address each risk
- Able and willing to do multitasking
- Supervise and coaching team
Experience requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance or or related fields.
- 10 years experience in compliance, risk management, internal control or audit function.
- Good command in English in writing and speaking
- Well-organized, details-oriented, mature and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in AML, PDPA and auto leasing business would be advantageous.
- Good adaptability and can be developed to be GM
- Coaching, management skill and strong logical thinking
