Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer emails in perfect English and provide good customer service
  • Creating product descriptions/data entry for our products: This step requires to do online search (using the tools that we would provide) to come up with current trending keywords, style trends etc. Then use those keywords to create product descriptions to be uploaded into our website
  • Do online research for new trending styles and designs
  • Report any email/customer service related issues to the manager

Experience requirements

  • Good at Written English Grammar 
  • Work Mon - Sat 
  • Open for new graduated
