Job Responsibilities
- Manage and Oversees all human resources and GA functions
- Develops and monitors an annual budget of Human Resources Department and all related human resources matters for the company.
- Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employee to conform with.
- Manage and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system
- Design, develop, and manage recruitment work flow, documentations, policy and procedures.
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings or seminars
- Other duties to be assigned by president
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, law or any related field
- Minimum 15 years working experience in HR role with keen backgrounds in recruitment, training, welfare, benefits, payroll and safety
- Strong knowledge in labor management and employee relation
- Good English
