Job Responsibilities
- Direct, manage, and optimize overall operations of a factory to achieve productivities and cost benefits
- Coordinate with other departments to have quality and continuous improvement
- Ensure robust safety and security procedures and training are in please and operation are compliance with all required regulations.
- Good knowledge of Japanese Manufacturing (Kaizen, lean manufacturing, six-sigma
- Support management and supervise subordinates
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in factory / manufacturing management
- At least 5 years of experience in Japanese Company
- Work Experience in Quality, Production or Manufacturing Engineering Support
- Able to understand financial figures
- Have leadership skills
- Good command of spoken and written in English
