Job Responsibilities

An ambitious product lineup makes the Fleet & Business sales segment increasingly relevant in achieving volume targets, maximizing revenue opportunities, and increasing brand penetration.”

Main Responsibilities;

  • Build and maintain partnerships with leasing/fleet management companies, corporate customers, and targeted affinity groups to build intelligence base and develop new customer sales opportunities;
  • Ability to work directly with external customers, retailers, and internal stakeholders at various levels;
  • Drive sales and program awareness through direct product presentations, fleet events, and in-person meetings;
  • Oversee all department initiatives including program development, customer service, order process, marketing, and retailer training;
  • Lead and motivate a team who supports operations, customer service, and program administration;
  • Manage both variable and fixed marketing budgets;
  • Working directly with agency partners and third-party vendors;
  • Research competitor and market trends, ability to quickly develop new programs based on market demand;
  • Maintain current program while developing new channels to achieve overall retail goals;
  • Oversee all program operations such as forecasts, distribution, sales, and business planning;
  • Develop KPIs to measure success/opportunities and identify areas of improvement

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 7+ years in Automotive Industry
  • 5 + years Dealer Contact Experience
  • Experience in Corporate Sales from dealer/manufacturer perspective
  • Previous responsibility in being involved or creating a Corporate Sales strategy
  • Knowledge of competitive offerings & automotive industry with regards to Fleet and Corporate Sales
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiations skills
