Job Responsibilities
- Secure new business opportunities aligned to the agreed annual sales targets and company Growth strategy
- Initiate and develop capture plans and respective with the strategy for key tenders
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Key Clients and Potential clients
- Ensure the company is on bid lists for upcoming tenders by completing Market Survey requests
- Develop a business development strategy to meet the company's target
- Track new business development opportunities, utilizing market knowledge and market intelligence tools to identify projects and new customers
- In conjunction with the management team to determine the strategic plan for the business
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in the related field
- Strong experience in Subsea, oil and gas for APAC area is a must
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexible to work aboard
