Job Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls, overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Identify key potential clients that should not in conflict with Brokers channel.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Timeliness of tactics and action plans
- Completion of market research
- Reliability of sales forecast
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Account Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing in insurance industry.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good command of English is a plus
