Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research, Analysis and Administration for region countries
  • Ownership for Compensation & Benefits Development in region
  • Lead all processes of Annual Remuneration Survey
  • Analyze the company competitive pay position against target competitors
  • Ensure the implementation of global compensation policies
  • Design and develop Promotional Increase Model/Structure for all salary grade of expatriate and local management
  • Develop, review and propose Salary Structure to attract and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Recommend and implement new benefit programs as needed to support the Company's business objectives and to maintain its competitive position within the market
  • Lead the annual salary planning cycle including the development of the merit quota, local bonus plan and presenting analyses and recommendations to Management
Experience requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in HR or any related fields
  • Familiar with complex organization structure
  • Professional Exposure and experience in Compensation & Benefit
  • Expertise in analytical , negotiation and English communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas and concept
