Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research, Analysis and Administration for region countries
- Ownership for Compensation & Benefits Development in region
- Lead all processes of Annual Remuneration Survey
- Analyze the company competitive pay position against target competitors
- Ensure the implementation of global compensation policies
- Design and develop Promotional Increase Model/Structure for all salary grade of expatriate and local management
- Develop, review and propose Salary Structure to attract and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Recommend and implement new benefit programs as needed to support the Company's business objectives and to maintain its competitive position within the market
- Lead the annual salary planning cycle including the development of the merit quota, local bonus plan and presenting analyses and recommendations to Management
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master degree in HR or any related fields
- Familiar with complex organization structure
- Professional Exposure and experience in Compensation & Benefit
- Expertise in analytical , negotiation and English communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and concept
