Procurement and Warehouse Management Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Establish Procurement policies, procedures and standards and ensure the compliance
- Well establish sourcing process and control all activities with cost concern
- Preparation of bidding and analysis of customer inquiries and functional needs
- Conduct price negotiation and contract management with oversea and local suppliers
- Drive team to adhere to supplier management process to achieve best practice with good quality of suppliers
- Identify risks and opportunities during the project together with management
- Responsible for all parts warehouse and inventory management from oversea and local suppliers
- Supervise and support team to achieve target
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 10-15 years' direct experience in procurement from heavy equipment, automotive industry is required
- Experience in dealing with Japanese and European suppliers is a plus
- Solid strategic sourcing and contract management, including warehouse management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management level
- Strong Engineering, Negotiation, Analytical and Management Skill
- Familiar to work in multinational and cross-functional team
- Good command of English
- Proficient in using computer software and ERP (SAP-MM,PP)
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
