Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for smooth and profitable operation of HR Department
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relation
- Lead in developing company’s culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to company’s objectives
- Plan, design, develop and evaluate HR related initiative that support the company’s goal
- Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, etc.
- Evaluating effectiveness through compiling and analyzing data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and industry regulations
- Plan and oversee the HR Department budget
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in HR or related field
- At least 10 – 15 years of experiences in management level
- Strong Leadership competency
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills (effectively interact with diverse cross-section of people at all levels of the organization
- Experienced in Union Management would be a plus
- Excellent communication, English competency
