Job Responsibilities
- Establish logistics and warehouse system to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness through the process
- Monitor and develop warehouse and material, spare parts inventories and transportation schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality to maximize customer satisfaction
- Identify areas to improve operations in order to achieve KPIs and targets, and execute and participate in initiatives based in process improvement methodology leading to cost/time efficiency
- Promote and encourage safe working practices through training, coaching, and auditing of related parties
- Lead and coach teams through troubleshooting and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics management or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management from automotive part industry is required
- 5 years of experience in manager, assistant manager is required
- Experience in new setup company to establish and develop logistics and warehouse system is preferable
- Good command of English
- Strong ERP system
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead team
- Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics management or related fields
