Job Responsibilities
- Plan and Manage Logistics operation strategically to meet the requirement
- Start pioneer team to runs the whole logistics operation
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates
- Optimize and direct full cycle of operation independently
- Responsible for both inbound & outbound shipment
- Ensure the delivery is aligning with the timeline
- Meet accuracy and timeline target
- Keep track on shipment on both import & export
- Keep track on inventory & stock level as well as transportation cost
- Find solution for any complaints and problems
- Ensure all operations are according to the rules and regulations
Experience requirements
- Minimum 8 - 10 years experiences in Freight Forwarding firm
- Experienced the whole operation in Logistics
- Experienced in both inbound & outbound (Import/Export)
- Pioneer team experienced will be preferred
- Passion in start up company
- Leadership skills and energetic
- Fluent in English
