Job Responsibilities

·        Act as chief leader of corporate brand strategy to ensure all communications content and activities support the company’s leadership position, uphold the company’s reputation among external stakeholders.

·        Oversee the development and updating of Group's Enterprise Brand Architecture including People & Culture, Corporate Communications, Marketing Activities (CRM, Product Brands) Innovation, and Social Activities) and ensure they align with the strategic direction for the brand and build the brand using creative strategic approaches.

·        Participate in and be the voice that represents brand discipline in cross-functional teams that drive the innovation and culture-shaping ideas attached to the brand. 

·        Maintain the performance of the company's brand through Brand Monitoring, Evaluation, and Benchmarking.

·        Ensure messages supporting sustainability strategy and initiatives that continue to evolve to meet changing business needs, such as Circular Living, are embedded in all communications content, and develop channel and communications opportunities to expand the brand and sustainability story to a broader set of stakeholders.

·        Lead, develop, control, and manage the Corporate Communication and Branding Department team to ensure all staff keep branding and sustainability at the core of what they do while delivering excellence and developing their skills and competencies.

·        Develop and implement a proactive media outreach strategy and engagement activities to build the brand, reinforce the company’s sustainability positioning, and maintain a positive public image of the company.

·        Create and implement proactive communications campaigns and programs across multiple media channels including the traditional and digital spectrum.

·        Manage brand and corporate reputation across areas such as providing counsel to the CEO, assisting executives with public speaking engagements, executive communication issues, and managing the company’s positioning, strategy, and reputation over the long term to build the value of the brand.

·        Establish and maintain communications policies for areas including issue & crisis communications, international communications, internal and external communications and technology, public and media communications, and influencer engagement to ensure the company’s proper public positioning and business success.

·        Decentralize corporate communication policy and strategy.  

Experience requirements

Qualifications:

 

·        Bachelor or master’s degree in media /Mass Communication / Arts /Management or related field

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate Communication / Management

·        Fluent mandarin would be huge advantage

·        Strong media connection both online and offline communication

·        Good leadership and strong interpersonal skills

·        Strategic in branding and external communication
