Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Initiate Employee engagement activities to reduce turnover rate
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulation
Experience requirements
- Over 8 years of working experiences and over 5 years in HR filed
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive from manufacturing business
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Education requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
