- Assure the alignment between business requirement and organizational structure
- Designing and identifying career path
- Other jobs related to talent management
- Designing, aligning, and implement plan for increasing talent pipeline
- Monitoring, review, and evaluating development plan and talent career
- Creating succession plan
- Providing consultant or guideline related to talent development
Experience requirements
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience in HRD, or OD
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and communication
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher in HR or related field
