Job Responsibilities
- Review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
- Make the template of standard company agreement.
- Be a consultant and provide legal opinion focusing on business law and labor law.
- Check and ensure the company comply with law.
- Monitor the updated laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external lawyer and government officials.
- To be main PIC and supporter of Legal project such as PDPA etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher of Laws.
- Experience 5-10 years as Legal in both corporate or firm.
- Strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, business law and labor law.
- Good command in English. (Business level)
- Having knowledge and experience in IT business, Foreign business and BOI would be advantage.
- Having knowledge and experience about withholding tax of Thai and oversea.
