Job Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s the strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Provide detailed information and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
3-5 years of experience in Project Sale, Residential channel (experience in Solar is a plus)
Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Has own car with driving license
