Job Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
- To coordinate with all related parties with relevant the quality management system in ISO13585, ISO9001, GMP, Halal HAS23000.
- Determine the yearly QMS plan and request approval from QMR and Top management.
- Internal audit preparation.
- Coordinate and support external audits (CB/Customer).
- Quality system assessment for the OEM.
- Issue and follow up the corrective action.
- Preparing the meeting agenda for a management review meeting.
- To control the document registration and manage document control (DDC).
- Being a trainer in the quality management system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science.
- Know the Quality management system.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Quality management systems.
- Have working experience in cosmetics or food manufacturing.
- Know ISO13585, ISO9001, GMP, Halal HAS23000.
- Good command of English
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, document control system
