Job Responsibilities
- To manage engineering team both internal and regional team for new product development
- Lead engineering project to follow project's plan
- Supervise engineering and technical issues on the development, process until final process
- Being a single contact for cross-functional team such as production, SCM
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Experience with NDP in medical device, lens, electronic industry
- Ability to lead engineering team, coaching skill
- Very good in English
