Job Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
· Providing pre-sales & post-sales technical support to customers
· Identifying and developing business opportunities
· Teaming with a salesperson to design & demonstrate solutions that fit customers’ requirements
· Assisting customers to troubleshoot technical problems
· Responsible for any job assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or other related fields
· At least 2 years of work experience in Technical Support, Sales
· Experience in Robotic, Machinery, Coating Equipment Technologies
· Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
· Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good command of English
