Job Responsibilities
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
- Responsible for new business expansion, new market and new product opportunities
- Maximize profit, management inventory and customer pricing strategy
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Set project pricing strategy, drive cost competitiveness, minimize loss from operation and maintain database of pricing
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing or related function with auto part is a must
- Experience in sales and marketing for Thai and overseas market
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
- Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Good command of English
