Job Responsibilities
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
  • Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
  • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
  • Responsible for new business expansion, new market and new product opportunities
  • Maximize profit, management inventory and customer pricing strategy
  • Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
  • Set project pricing strategy, drive cost competitiveness, minimize loss from operation and maintain database of pricing
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field 
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing or related function with auto part is a must 
  • Experience in sales and marketing for Thai and overseas market 
  • Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
  • Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
  • Good command of English
