Job Responsibilities
- Communicate ideas quickly and effectively using a combination of sketching, CAD layouts, 3D models and working prototypes to evaluate potential solutions.
- Coordinate with Head Quarter to manage Product Development and Product Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the design of our products.
- Identify new ideas, products and/or features that improve customer satisfaction.
- Improve designs for cost effectiveness, manufacturing improvements, increased quality and value.
- Work closely with internal and external department to ensure that great ideas make it through to production.
Experience requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or project management.
- Above 3 years of increasing responsibility in project management, strong communication skill and leadership is crucial
- Understand different cultures and can work with different regional team members
- Fluent English speaking and writing as working language
- Professional skill on Microsoft Office and MS Project
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a product development related discipline in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design Engineering.
