Job Responsibilities
- Follow up project issue under guidance of Project Engineering Manager
- Follow up design review, DFMEA’s, KPI’s, product specifications, Tooling DFM, EB building, JIRA issues and action plan, DQTP testing, Product compliance
- Follow up product maintenance such as CAR, optimization & ECN’s
- Coordinate line extension projects with internal & OEMs to meet launch plan
- Knowledge and experience to develop designs that are functionally complete in a timely manner
Experience requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or project management.
- Above 3 years of increasing responsibility in project management, strong communication skill and leadership is crucial
- Understand different cultures and can work with different regional team members
- Fluent English speaking and writing as working language
- Professional skill on Microsoft Office and MS Project
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a product development related discipline in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design Engineering.
