Job Responsibilities
· Monitor equipment functioning to ensure system operation including investigating issues reported by users and correcting errors
· Interact with customers or clients about the project status and provide consultancy to solve their technical issues
· Supervise the work of technologist, technicians, and scientific personnel
· Design and customize reports according to users’ needs and prepare daily reports of each project
· Test mobile applications and web application
· Provide training and manual to the users regarding any upgraded systems
Experience requirements
· 1-2 years of experience with end-user support and database report writing.
· Customer service and relationship management experience
· Good command of spoken and written English
Technical Skills
· Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
· Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
· Report Builder
· Software testing and research skills
Soft Skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
· Critical thinking skills
· Listening ability and patience
· Service mind and willing to work remotely on a weekend or an extra hour if any critical issue arises
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System, Business Administration or related fields.
