Job Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure the performance expectations are met
- Designs, plans and implements business strategies, plans and procedures
- Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning.
- Establishes policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
- Leads and develop a team across multiple locations and over various functions
Experience requirements
Key Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven track record in senior management level
· Strong business acumen and people-management skill
· Excellent communication in both Thai and English
· In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, IT, Finance and Procurement
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
· Problem-solving mindset
