Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate with various related departments to ensure that freight is sent in a timely manner
· Collaborate regularly with team members to support assigned tasks
· Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience
· Maintain customer service quality, efficiency, accuracy with all transaction
· Resolve customers complaints in a friendly and tactful manner
· Research and resolve complex customers issues
· Analysis of profit and loss by customer and site to prevent recurring issues or missed opportunity
· Ensure all account information is set up correctly for tax and billing purposes
· Cerate booking and tracking of Cargo
Experience requirements
· At least 3 years working experience as customer service in freight forwarder or related industry
· In-depth knowledge of Geographical diversification of Airlines, Shipping Lines, and the Cargo Market.
· Fluent in English
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
