Job Responsibilities
- Ensure organization is in full compliance with quality system and customer specific requirements
- Claim handling for both customer claim and supplier claim to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and continues improvements
- Develop the quality department to meet the needs & requirements
- Establish the general quality reporting (timing, format & content) in cooperation with the Global Quality responsible, and delivery KPI reporting
- Be an active team player with both the local management team, and global quality manager
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
- Knowledge in standard quality tools and LEAN
- Excellent command in English
- Leadership skill
- Experience in garment, textile is a must
