Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the graphic designing team.
- Overseeing and coaching on creative process, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
- Guide and advise team in both the creative process and client management to foster stronger working relationships and solutions.
- Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs to the different campaigns.
- Design materials for promoting product. (KV, packaging, OOH, LED screen and social media contents)
- Work closely with the team to visually explain complex data findings, including infographics.
- Provide technical support for design and video-related efforts.
- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing key visual and graphics files.
- Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design or related field.
- 8 years' experience in visual design and video editing.
- Knowledge of layouts, CI, KV, graphic fundamentals, website, animation and printing.
- Knowledge of create storyboard and translate ideas to team members.
- Experience of design, brand development, and creative process
- Strong competency of Adobe collections, After Effect, Photoshop and Illustrator in addition to an understanding of Sketch, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Technology and Fashion would be advantage.
