Job Responsibilities
· Personal Assistant to DM such as managing and maintaining schedules of DM, answering, and routing calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and determining access to appropriate parties
· Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, faxes, and snail-mail
· Support and perform human resource management (HRM/HRD) at MD
· Managing 2 assistants assisting the GM of the other department
· To communicate and engage leadership and partner teams
· Lead teams and implementation efforts for MD's project; Serve as a high-level individual contributor providing expertise and functional leadership while being accountable for short and long-term objectives
· Prepares and updates detailed corporate plans and coordinates timely responses to MD inquiries
· Oversee inquiries and inspections, lead business innovation and process improvement efforts to develop new strategic approaches and solutions
· Improve internal control and business processes (DX)
Experience requirements
· Strong English skills (intermediate business level)
· Strong communication skills
· More than 7-10 years of work experience in a similar field and role
· A person who can take active action, move with a sense of speed, and do detail work while grasping the big picture for whatever purpose the organization is serving
Education requirements
· Bachelor's degree in any fields
