Job Responsibilities
Formulate/update the various business plan policies/implementation action plan/structure design
Set up all product concept, production timeline, KPI, Dashboard, budget, master plan and roadmap
Continually monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies
Collaborate and develop relationships with internal teams and partner agencies to understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations/ plans
Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
Support the development of long-term organizational strategy
Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
Experience in strategy planning, project management, or any related file
Experience in education, online platform is preferred
Outstanding research and analytical abilities
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
