Job Responsibilities
Maintaining and continuously improves service operation to level up efficiency to make customer satisfaction and compete with other competitors
Build and establish good work relationships with clients to facilitate increased revenue
Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal
Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity
Supervise the operations of after-sales teams to ensure set targets are met
Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
5-7 years of experience in after-sales – Truck, at least 5 years in management level is a must
Proven record and outstanding performance with After sales – Truck
Experience of growing an after-sales business by locking inactive customers with value-based service, supplies, and parts contracts
Good command of English
