Job Responsibilities
- Find a prospect client and call to introduce HR systems and solutions.
- Visit clients and extract their’s current issue about HR.
- Provide and advise an appropriate solution to client for solving obstacle.
- Generate and prepare invoices and documents in English.
- Handle a research and create a result report.
- Translate some of Japanese document.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
- New grad is welcome.
- Experience as Sales or Business Development would be advantage.
- Passionate in Sales (Consultant) function; able to make a call and visit client.
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3)
- English is in business level.
- Good at presentation skill.
