Job Responsibilities
- Working closely with the PM/BA team to Identify and/or innovate the business requirement and use-cases, then DA/DS will need to provide consultation, solutions, and methods that fit with identified requirements or data use-cases.
- Initiate for Data Analytic project / Data Science project which can help to improve, solve and enhance value to business strategy or use-cases.
- Supervise DA/DS Team to analyze and deliver to business users
- Design and develop models to improve missing value, initiate new data attributes, or enhance data business values, such as developing models to enrich the missing demographic value, ex. gender, age. , developing models to define the wealth of customers
- Manage and Control master data standardization used in Analytics and Data Science model
- Responsible for the business user interface and lead to enable the Data Analytic / Data Science projects outcome to business users
Experience requirements
- Min. 15 years experience working as DA/DS projects or consultant in the DA/DS team
- Min. 10-year experiences in people manager roles
- Experiences in the output of DA/DS projects
- Strong skills in following tools to generate and present insight to business users
- Strong in SQL, Python, Tableau and Data
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
