Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a good relationship with clients
- Serve the clients to meet their requirement
- Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Develop business development plan related to corporate functions and subsidiaries and ensure that business development plans are in line with the company business direction
- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
- Meet customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Support other related tasks such as relevant document and invoice issuing, etc.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or management or higher
- 3-5 years experience in sales & business development or BPO
- Good command of English
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Adoptive and easygoing
