Job Responsibilities
• Manage inquiries via online communication channel e.g. Facebook inbox, Website Live chat, Line Official etc.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, actions taken
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain customer databases
Experience requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Approximately 3 years or more work experience in customer service
• Native English speaking
