Job Responsibilities
· Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, training and development, budget, and labor relation
· Lead in developing company’s culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to company’s objectives
· Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation, and training programs, benefits plans, policies, and guidelines, etc.
· Evaluating effectiveness through compiling and analyzing data
· Plan and oversee the HR department budget
· Design, develop and expand training programs
· Manage costs of training programs within budgets and Work closely with the team to create training programs
· Develop induction programs for new employees, apprentices, and graduate trainees
· Work closely with manager to monitor and review the progress of training programs
· Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee development and training programs
· Research new methodologies and technologies in training
· Create and deliver a range of e-learning programs
· Assist line manager to solve any training problems
· Collaborate with the business manager and HR department
· Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training programs to evaluate and measure results
Experience requirements
· At least 10 years of experience in management level
· Strong Leadership competency
· Good analytical skills
· Good interpersonal skills (effectively interact with a diverse cross-section of people at all levels of the organization
· Excellent communication and English competency
Education requirements
· Bachelor/Master’s degree in human resource or related fields
