Job Responsibilities
- Develop servicing at customer service centers across to be the same company standard.
- Support promotional activities and marketing of customer service centers including developing and creating media for use in marketing publicity to boost sales.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
- Take care and develop the place including the service of the customer service center to make the customers impressed.
- Expansion of customer service center branches.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related branches.
- Over 4 year's experience in Customer Service field.
- Experience in Insurance industry would be advantage.
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, creative thinking and can solve problems.
- Service Mind, Team Work and Leadership.
