Job Responsibilities

  • Develop servicing at customer service centers across to be the same company standard.
  • Support promotional activities and marketing of customer service centers including developing and creating media for use in marketing publicity to boost sales.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
  • Take care and develop the place including the service of the customer service center to make the customers impressed.
  • Expansion of customer service center branches.

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related branches.
  • Over 4 year's experience in Customer Service field.
  • Experience in Insurance industry would be advantage.
  • Good communication skills, analytical thinking, creative thinking and can solve problems.
  • Service Mind, Team Work and Leadership.
