Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for administration and facilities management
· Provide frontline support on daily operation activities in facilities management including wharf maintenance/repairs, e.g. yard, gate, CFS, building, etc.
· Keep confidentiality of all company information, license, records and maintains all policies in the company
· Responsible for a contract with government officer and contract visa, work permit, and other matters.
· Handle for preparation and processing of liability & property claim and any court case.
· Supervise process for the company’s contracts is office sub-lease, canteen, Van, accommodation, PAT, etc.
· Responsible for all activities on security through safety & environment during working.
· Support ad-hoc tasks related
Experience requirements
· Minimum 5 years as Admin & Claim function
· Experience in liability or Property Claim.
· Experience in supervision of and administration department, Facilities, and general affairs.
· Good command in English (TOEIC 500 up)
· Strong interpersonal skills.
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
