Job Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and servicing customers visiting the project in accordance with the standards set by the company.
  • Provide detailed information about the project and can analyze the customer to close the sale.
  • Follow up on the results of the contract of purchase and sale of customers.
  • Accelerate the number of contracts to buy and sell.
  • Track the results of customer overdue installments.
  • Record customer information through the system, such as reservations, contracts, installment payments.
  • Prepare information and various necessary details such as promotions, image to promote projects in both online and offline.


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-3 year experience in sales real estate or finance will be advantages.
  • Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business.
  • Skilled in presentation and negotiation.
  • Active, good personality.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.
  • Able to work in Chonburi or Rayong province.
  • Own car with driving license.
  • Have a commission with car allowance.
