Job Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
· Design, prepare and distribute assignments related tests to candidates
· Advertise job openings on the company’s website or other media platforms
· Build relationships with talented professionals and develop a pipeline
· Identify future hiring needs, and support new hires with warm welcomed
· Responsible for a contract with a government officer, contract visa, and work permit
· Advice and monitor employees to comply with company’s regulation
· Organize and participate the events, including job fair and CSR activities relevant to our mission
· Collaborate with both people operations and management to increase our company branding.
· Support ad-hoc tasks related
Experience requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment
· Experience in hiring technical roles (Technology Industry)
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent command of English.
Education requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
