Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day maintenance to keep all IT applicants in good working conditions
- Configuring and managing Software server
- Setting up new users' accounts email and profiles
- Provide a suggestion or solution to user
- Taking care Network and Network safety
- Provides support to users and managers
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer, Information Technology, Computer Engineer, Electronics, Electrical Engineer or related
- New graduated or experience 1-2 years in IT system support, IT support, IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, System engineer
- English : Communicable (TOEIC over 700 will be high consideration)
- Japanese: Not required but handle with JLPT will be high consideration
