Job Responsibilities
· Prepare service plan and follow-up related to after-sales projects in Thailand and foreign construction sites
· Handle and get down activities as customer’s requirement belongs to term of contract.
· Analysis and feed back problems from site to other teams for improvement and preventive actions
· Take care loyal customers by B/S work activity
· Visit customer site with as Q-POST Tour activity
· CSR activity such as free replacement equipment
Experience requirements
· Good at English
· Experience in working at site or electrical field is a plus
· Strong problem solving and decision making skills
· Have a customer service mindset
· Able to work under pressure. Willing to work in field & travel (short business trip around 1week)
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer (Power) or any related fields
