General Manager (Production)

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, performance and maintenance of the production of the organization to produce efficient production and delivery solutions, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets
• Ensuring that the team understands that the organization's profits are reflected in all its activities – including relationships and risk management
• Responsibility for compliance with legal/statutory requirements, professional duties, responsibilities and other obligations including insert ISO, IATF16949, VDA 6.3, etc.
• Responsibility to adhere to budget and plans to maximize profitability.
• Setting ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
• Providing motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
• Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management.
• Establishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
• Creating schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
• Maintaining all production related documentations for future reference purposes.

Qualification:

• Master's degree or Bachelor degree of Engineering
• Over 15 years experience in automotive manufacturing, over 7 years in management level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent in English skill
