Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage and lead the successful delivery of assigned projects, always following internal processes, regulations,s and compliance requirements. This includes the planning and execution of projects from, Sales Contract through to project closure/sign-off.
  • Deliver all projects to scope, on time and within budget, ensuring they meet compliance, regulation and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers, whilst providing a superior customer experience throughout the entire project/relationship.
  • Attend to customer queries as needed, delivering a high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate the progress of projects to customers and stakeholders as required, this includes but is not limited to, red-flagging issues early to provide the business maximum opportunity to resolve issues before they impact the customer and our brand.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the immediate team, business unit, as well as wider departments to lead the successful delivery of projects.
  • Relationship management of internal stakeholders, leveraging current resources, knowledge and experience to execute and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Provision of timely and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of PMO, by documenting, implementing, and following all processes and requirements.
  • Contribute to the strategy and growth of PMO, by working towards achieving targets and assisting in developing future strategies.

Experience requirements

  • Certification in Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role
  • Working knowledge of project management software, techniques and tools
  • Strong understanding of business and dealership acumen and processes
  • A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build rapport
  • Excellent customer service
  • Articulate, with good communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate to customers and management at all levels
  • Good presentation skills
